How cancellations, refunds, and replacements work at The Mart.

You can cancel an order free of charge before it has been packed for delivery. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled — you may instead refuse the delivery and follow the refund process below.
We'll issue a refund or free replacement if:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and, where possible, a photo of the item in question. Reach us by phone or the contact form — details below. Our team will review and confirm the outcome, typically within the same day.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer) and are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Cash-on-delivery refunds are handled directly with our team.
