By visiting our store, using our website or app, or placing an order with The Mart (The Home Essentials Mart), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order with us. You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login information secure. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or misuse our services.
Product availability and prices are shown at the time of order and may change without prior notice due to market conditions or stock levels. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee that every listing is error-free. If an item is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will contact you before completing that part of the order.
We accept cash, UPI, and major cards. Payments made through third-party processors are subject to their own terms. Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed for approved bulk or corporate accounts.
We currently serve New Chandigarh, Chandigarh, Mohali, Kharar, Mullanpur, Eco City and DLF. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or order volume. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address and time provided.
You agree not to misuse our website, app, or store — including attempting to defraud us, disrupt our systems, or place orders with false information. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
The Mart name, logo, and all website and app content are the property of The Mart and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
We work hard to ensure product quality and accurate service, but to the extent permitted by law, The Mart is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant order.
We may suspend or terminate access to our app, website, or ordering services for any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab.
